No. Most people start with no experience and build fitness over time through training.

Not at all. We have students of different ages and fitness levels. Many people begin in their 30s, 40s, or later. Some people start at 70s!

Yes. Beginners are welcome at any time, and our coaches will guide you through the fundamentals.

For your first class:
Rash guard or t-shirt
Shorts or leggings without zippers
Water bottle
If you’re trying Gi classes, we can usually lend you a uniform for your trial.

We offer one free trial class so you can experience the gym before committing. If you decide to continue training, we have several flexible options available, including casual drop-ins, 10-class packs, and weekly memberships.
Our weekly memberships can be cancelled at any time with two weeks’ notice, and can also be paused if you are travelling or recovering from an injury.

Most beginners start with 2–3 classes per week.

Gi training uses the traditional uniform and focuses more on grips and control. No-Gi is faster paced and uses athletic clothing.

Absolutely. Visitors and spectators are welcome.

Safety is one of our top priorities. Classes are supervised by experienced coaches, and students are encouraged to train responsibly.
Like any physical activity, injuries can happen, but we focus heavily on controlled training and proper technique to minimize risk.
